The Loventine’s Day poem

Praise him, and tell him
you love him, and care.
Tell him you want him,
So he’s unaware
That he isn't funny.
In fact he’s just boring.
And tell him you’re fine
If he says, he’s sorry.
Build on the lies,
And smile when in tears,
And little by little
You will disappear.

And life shall be happy
And pretty and pink!
Everyone’s clapping,
You’re wearing the ring.
He tells you, he loves you,
And misses you, cares...
Tells you, he wants you,
But you’re unaware
That he thinks you are dorky
And porky. He’s lying.
And you’re stuck with walking
When you should be flying.

You eat cake, you smile,
And one thing is clear.
Little by little,
You have disappeared.
